New construction of a 2-storey Elementary School in the property Hainerberg Housing Area in Wiesbaden. The new school will be designed for a capacity of 700 pupils.

The existing Multi-Purpose-Room is part of the design of the Elementary School and will be physically connected to the new building. The alteration of the Multi-Purpose-Room will be executed while day-to-day business.

The demolition of the existing Elementary and Middle School will be made in phases – while construction of the new school – to enable schooling while construction time.
